I really wish this app actually worked, because I do enjoy the smoothies from Baya Bar. Most, if not all, of the pick up orders I’ve placed with this app have not worked. I’ll go to pick up and the worker will say that they never received the online order so I’ll have to wait for them to make it (defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time). Then there’s the point system. Sometimes I’ll earn points, sometimes I’ll just get them reset to 0. I’m guessing they must expire, but the Rewards page does not clearly state when. Just now, I opened the app to place an order and it refused to load past the map to select a location. My advice is to just use a real delivery app like GrubHub or Uber instead. Baya Bar needs to get a refund from the agency that developed this app. The app developers need to do more thorough QA and perhaps provide an option to collect debugging data.

I think this is a good app when you don’t want to wait on line but I do think this app should have a barcode option when you shop in store and you can still receive point for any purchases made like other apps like McDonald’s, Dunkin Donuts ect.
