I’ve spent years trying to build healthy habits that habit tracker has helped me build so quickly. This app is amazing and I highly recommend it. There are so many cool option like when you want to build a habit you have to insert motivation and penalty if you break that habit and it will even remind you. Additionally it has stories of other people and how they’re trying to build their habits and if they had any luck. I know I’m not alone and there are other people who are trying to build habits just like me. Something I have been trying to build for years has become so easy and simplified with habit tracker. If you don’t have the app, you’re missing out.

If you&#39;re anything like me, you have been down the road of trying to create healthy habits many times. The truth is, creating life-changing habits is incredibly difficult. The most common solution to creating and sustaining habits and practices that will effectively change our lives into who we want to be is to find someone to hold us accountable. The problem with accountability partners is that we are then subject to not only our own human error but theirs as well. This app is an easy-to-navigate yet powerful tool to help establish life-changing habits that will stick. It provides a trackable path to your goal as well as a social aspect of encouragement and celebration of accomplishments.

This app is life changing!! I’m not good at keeping a routine but this habit tracker helped me so much. The fact that you can set things to motivate or penalize you if you don’t meet your goals really helps you complete your goals. And it’s so easy to track! You don’t have to take much time at all to mark off what you’ve completed. I can’t wait to see my stats and see how far I’ve gotten with this app. Seeing stories from the community gets me so hyped to finish my tasks every day. I highly recommend it for people who have trouble staying committed.
