Will change rating once bugs are fixed. App crashes anytime I attempt to update my information. Cannot add address, change my age, or choose the store I shop at most without it crashing. This is a major problem when you have to add this info to even use the app properly. App also thinks I am not in Massachusetts for some reason, even though I live in Mass, 2.5 miles from the nearest Insa. Tried to report these problems, but this app does not allow reporting. Edit: App no longer crashes, but still useless. App will not allow me to shop, saying I do not live in a state that has legal sales. I live in Massachusetts.

I want to give a shout out to Brianna at the Hudson Florida location for giving me an exceptional customer experience! She was very friendly and informative on products sold. While there I purchased some Gary Payton that was fire, it relieved my cervical nerve pain and relaxed me into a state of bliss! Thank you Insa for having exceptional customer service and excellent products that go beyond the industry average!!!
