Downloaded this app to get access to my lab results (which still haven’t come in after 6 days). I don’t know why they require you to enter login info every time you navigate to a different part of the app? Then when you try to go see Prior Visits, Lab Results, etc, the app just hangs there forever and either doesn’t load anything or just loads partial info. So irritating! Based on the features it looks like it could be really useful but it’s so frustrating to use.

App won’t load patient information or make it past the third screen to recomplete the paperwork. The best thing about NextCare was the convenience and that is gone. The function showing # of walk ins is false advertising at best. It’s a trick ton convince you to drive to them instead of a competitor. When you arrive and the waiting room is empty they will say there are no walk ins but that is because all walk ins are effectively given an appointment time and told to come back later so they can continue to show “0 walk-ins”. We did a walk in to be told to come back 3 hours later. When I asked why the app said zero walk-ins the said because they book them an appointment with a maximum of 2 per hour so technically there are no walk ins till one arrives and checks back in at the scheduled time. I asked why the app wouldn’t let me complete the paperwork and they offered to let me re-accomplish all the paper. Based new patient forms. If I wanted that inconvenience I would go to any of the other urgent cares. I tried using a web browser and experienced the same issues.

This app works whenever it wants to. I’ve been trying to pay my bill and it doesn’t even allow me to log in (which I have my correct login credentials), plus it cancelled my subscription for no reason with no way of reaching a toll-free number to call someone. I’ve been paying for this service on a monthly basis and now they cancel me for whatever reason —- I don’t know!
