Māori - Ka Piki

Really good app for learning some basics for Te Reo Māori. Can’t figure out if there are more lessons that can be unlocked after 2. Either way I enjoyed 1 and 2.

This app is amazing 💕

I love how this app teaches sentence structure! It’s really valuable and fun. There are a few things that would make the experience better. First, the audio only plays through headphones and won’t play through my phone. There are some errors in the challenge cards and I wish there was a way to report them. In the listening-only challenges the “bing” noise for getting a card right overlaps with the beginning of the audio for the next card so it’s hard to hear the first sound, and there’s no way to replay the audio. I’m looking forward to my trip to New Zealand and hoping to test out my basic te reo knowledge!
