Plant Disease Diagnosis App

I purchased this app to get some advise about the of my plants . I was traveling for the past two months and when I came home, one plant was dead and two others were not doing well. I followed the instructions and when I submitted the photos all I got was watering issues . I already ok ew that and then it says pay more money for more help . What a total scam . I sent two emails to this company and requested a refund and explained the situation. One brief response from an employee that asked what information was I looking for ! Terrible service and terrible app! I literally canceled the app after about 20 minutes and still no refund!

It helped me keep and save my little garden. It has everything you could ever eant in a plant app.🌹 Evreyone can easily understand about plant and enjoy it.

I've been using this app for just over 2 months now as a premium user and I love it. It helps me keep my plants organized and healthy. Thank you🥰
