Honestly, this app needs so much work, really the ATS in general needs help. There is so much lag in the app and desktop version. Biggest annoyance for the app is when you open up a text thread and it gives you a blank thread not displaying any text at all. If you close the app completely and open the app again this does NOT solve the issue. Can’t do my work properly while on the go if I’m not provided with adequate tools.

Wish there was a call log in the app you can review to see all recent calls whether they were made in the mobile or desktop app. The only call history you can see on the phone is in you phone’s call log which is annoying. And if you called out using the desktop app, there are not in your phone history.

Its very nice. I can see my details in the app and it’s very easy to use. The new version is nice.
