Our university-licensed AI calibrates to your unique biometry and detects stressful events on your smartwatch. Timely notifications make you aware of the situation so you can de-escalate it if needed.

The companion app for your smartphone allows you to quickly note down the reasons and contexts surrounding the detected stress events. It provides tips on how to manage the stressful situation you just experienced.

Your resilience score derived from your unique stressors makes it easy for you to track the balance between healthy and unhealthy sources of stress in your life.

If your employer uses the CuesHub service, you can anonymously receive peer support and expert advice from third-party coaches. The coach can also work with your employer to address any workplace-related issues many employees report. CuesHub allows you to transform your workplace and grow your career.

KEY FEATURES

Designed for Privacy:
Your privacy is our priority. CuesHub apps do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other identifiable information. It does not collect GPS data either.

Low Burden:
Stress interventions on the watch are designed to take only a few seconds. A large database of stressors reduces the time needed on the phone app to note down the reasons for your stress.

Physical Activity:
CuesHub may not generate alerts when you are physically active like when you are walking or exercising.

Accuracy of Stress Prompts:
Each person’s physiology is unique. Although CuesHub’s innovative AI continuously calibrates to each person’s body, it may still not work equally well every time for everyone. Specifically, some stress events might not trigger a prompt, and some prompts may appear post-stress. Further, some prompts may not reflect a true stress event. Such prompts may be ignored or cleared with one quick touch. CuesHub is continuously improving the app so it works better for more users.

Battery Efficiency:
Effortless stress monitoring may impact battery life due to continuous physiological assessment.

Use of the CuesHub app is not guaranteed to bring you greater happiness or reduce stress. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
