Full disclosure I have been an in-person training client of Brian’s for more than 15 years but I recommend this app to people who are looking for a quality training model without the cost of one-on-one training. I’m using this app as a supplement to my existing one on ones and as a way to chart my progress. This is a great app for beginners of all sizes, strengths, genders, and abilities, who want an affordable education and model for how to do exercises and an easy to follow plan. For more advanced lifters, this app will do the the thinking for you so you can get back to doing what you love, adding lbs to the bar. Either way, this is a great addition to your app collection, and you’re sure to see progress if you follow the program as designed. Best part is there’s no upsell, no hidden fees, for less than the price of one in person training session with most personal trainers you can have your own trainer in your phone wherever you go. It’s helpful in COVID times if you’re working out at home or just not in a place to invest in one on one training. Try it for free and then level up when you’re ready, you won’t regret it!

I love this app! It offers a wide range of options and enough variety that you don’t get bored with routines. The short video clips associated with each exercise are easy to follow and highlight important points for performing each exercise correctly and safely. I am not a big fan of fitness apps, but this one is worth trying.
