Welcome to Small Biz Highlight! My name is Tiffany Roman and I started this business in 2020 to help small businesses out during those tough times, and it only grew from there! It quickly became the center of a small business movement and the Small Biz Highlight show was born.

The goal of each episode to bring awareness to small business as I introduce the business owners as people you can relate to, talk about their business and dive into how their businesses have fared over the last 18 months.
