I've been using this app for several months (participated in the beta) and my finances have NEVER been more simple. Sure, it takes a minute to set up and learn (still learning!). But if you take the time to do it proper - you'll be SUPER STOKED you did!!
After creating your various 'budgets', bills, and financial goals, every time you get paid, Balance automatically (and quietly) shifts your funds to satisfy these pre-defined 'budgets'. So any time a bill is due, I know it's ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF (cuz Balance already put the money aside.. Keep in mind, some of these 'budgets' are actually unique debt accounts with seperate routing numbers, debt card info, etc) so, it's some incredible genius automation. Idk how they do it but it's also a very easy to use app, clean dashboard, and very simple UI/interface overall.
The dashboard /home screen quickly shows you exactly where your money is currently sitting and how much is "safe to spend".
And what's crazy is they're just GIVING IT AWAY FOR FREE! Could easily charge for this tech just saying. Enjoy!

Balance is the ONLY way I’ve EVER been able to save money. If I have a budget I always break it. I’ll give myself five dollars here ten dollars more and then I’ve spent my whole paycheck. Balance automatically sorts my paycheck out I don’t have to see it. This keeps me away from reckless spending. The money goes in smaller “accounts” so I don’t even know it’s there. There’s a “spent today” feature that stares into my soul so I feel bad about spending money. But, for the late night impulse purchases there is virtual card information right in the app so you don’t have to get up for your wallet. Balance is easy and convenient, it comes with a beautiful interface, and is so easy to navigate. I wholeheartedly recommend balance, without it, I would have already spent all my tuition money!

This banking app makes budgeting and planning for expenses —both big and small—easier than any bank or third-party app on the market. It’s so easy to set up and you’ll never have to worry about penny pinching again. The app is brand new so they’re still ironing out some details, but that makes now a great time to get started if you want your suggestions to become realities. They’re super helpful, responsive, and they do everything they can to make the user experience top notch.
