After years (decades actually) with the other internet service (phone) company we are so thankful to have TriCoGo Fiberoptic service. The bar was pretty low with the other guys being the only option and when it worked it wasn’t much better than dial-up. I am writing this a few months after making the switch and it has been as near perfect as possible. We had one service disruption that lasted MAYBE two minutes. The other guys’ would fail if a few drops of rain fell or a breeze blew staying out anywhere from several hours to a week or more. We were literally getting 1/2 to 2/3 of the month we were paying for because it was always out. Random speed tests have shown that we now always receive over the 250 MBPS plan. I can’t remember a test under 260. Increased WiFi range to our whole house and now it doesn’t matter if we stream TV in more than one room at a time. Another bonus is our cell phone reception here in a bad cell area has improved thanks to the boost from WiFi. Almost forgot to mention that we are paying less for this also!

Haven’t upgraded my hardware in years, no need too until now. Very reliable even during storms, that’s a first for me.
