My Infusion Tracker was created by Apellis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., as a support resource. The app is available to adults who are enrolled in ApellisAssist™, the Apellis patient support program offered through its specialty pharmacy partner, PANTHERx Rare. Track and record aspects of your self-infusion experience in one place through these features:

Treatment Calendar: Add your prescribed infusion regimen and doctor’s appointments to the calendar. My Infusion Tracker automatically calculates and schedules infusion days based on your prescribed regimen.
Receive notifications so you never miss an important treatment event.

Self-infusion Support Tools: A variety of tools to help you with infusions, including step-by-step videos that help show you how to infuse your treatment, vial warm-up and infusion timers, and an infusion site tracker.
