2nd pay preview that I’ve tried to buy and when I go to purchase it says sign up error.

I paid for a PPV event and can’t watch it days later… the video player is broken. Customer support then says it’s fixed, but it’s not. Then they stopped responding. They won’t give me a refund. No video link. Nothing. They’re happy to steal your money and offer no resolution, and no way to watch what you paid for.
I’ll get my money back through my credit card company… but this app is garbage. This company is garbage. I hope the promotions find a new ppv vendor.

Not sure why everyone hates on this app so much. I have purchased king of the table 13 and east vs west 10 and both have been great. Was able to watch the replay and live easily.
