Reviews: What People Think About Pinochle - Expert AI

I enjoy the game - especially that I can configure so many options to make it very close to the way my family and I play. But, I need a slightly smarter partner, especially when it comes to being aware of the game score. Today, we were 5 points from winning, our opponents were way behind us, and all we would have had to do was pass to go out. Instead, my partner bid a high big, which we failed to make, and we ultimately lost the game. Similarly, my partner doesn’t realize when our opponents are close to winning and we are way behind, our only hope of winning the game is to let them get the bid and put them up.

In double deck it’s okay to send your partner 20 meld if the partner has at least 16 and then it also applies as the numbers go up. 26 is 30 and so on. It’s not okay to send your partner meld if you don’t don’t have at least two or three aces in your hand unless of its bidder go for the opponent. A lot of times the computer partner won’t even send meld because it’s acting like it wants the bid but if you’re going to bid send meld also because that maybe all your partner needs and when it’s just you and your partner bidding then don’t keep out bidding each other because then you’re both out of range. These things I discussed is the problems I have with the computer partner and the dealing appears to be biased in favor of the two computer partners oppose to the dealing just being random every deal from the beginning to the end.

I wish this app allows an easier access to the claim button. Also have the pass button smaller and the bid button bigger. I have accidentally hit pass a few to many times and I don’t want to keep hitting the undo button.
Overall, I LOVE this app!
