It appears that Flyr spends all its money on misleading marketing to convince consumers it has good customer support, when in truth it failed miserably and then placed the blame on its customer! I had a ticket purchased that I needed to change and reached out to an agent using their support function. They took so long to reply (a week!) that I no longer qualified for changing the flight — even though this was because of their slow response time. So despite trying to rebook my flight before the deadline to do so (which could not be done in the app), I was not able to make my trip without paying twice. Of course, I took my business elsewhere. If Flyr is going to blatantly lie about it’s quality of service and alienates frequent flyers, it’s not going to be around long. Probably for the better.

Can’t login to even use the app— freezes on the screen where you enter your mobile number

Everytime I try to log on it doesn't send the code to my phone number to be able to continue
