Your systems are very poor these days! I Withdraw Money from the CBGMB last Wednesday and Today is Friday still having receive my money but it has been deducted from my Bank Account. I was told to wait for 48 hours before the money can be refund to my account. It has passed 48 hours and still haven’t receive my money. Am not the only person complaining about this and it not the first time. Most people are complaining about this! It Very Bad. I will make sure to close my account after I get my money back.

This app has no benefits to people abroad. Both app and online banking do not work. I verified my email and telephone number correctly and online banking still said it was wrong. I was blocked for 24 hours. Not 5 minutes or an hour to retry again. 24 hours. Smh.I dont know why I have not switched banks.. I have been going back and forth with this online banking for almost 3 years. I did not get any help when I was in Ghana and nobody replies my emails. So frustrating.
