At youdo, our vision is to help create healthy, happy companies by encouraging and inspiring people to connect through what they enjoy doing. We also believe that 'Healthy People' should mean a 'Healthy Planet’. The youdo app creates a connection between the activities you enjoy and a positive impact for our planet.

* By matching people’s activities to environmental or community action, we can improve both our own wellbeing and the wellbeing of our planet

So how does it work?

* youdo encourages all activities whether it’s a run, a quiz or yoga. Helping you to take a break and do something fun with others is our goal.
* for every activity logged within the app, youdo plants a tree!
