I bought the device from Kickstarter. It was advertised as a way to quickly take your (human) temperature. Here are the issues I have found. 1. The device doesn’t attach to your phone if it’s in a case. 2. The app-clunky with zero directions 3. The app-only reads in Celsius which is not helpful to the US 4. The app- is set up with child like pictures to choose milk, bath or tea to measure the temp. (Where’s the human) 5. The app and ThermGo device just plain stink.

I don’t see how to get the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit I bought this to measure people’s temperatures but there is no option for that, only milk tea an baths

There are no instructions and the device is not intuitive. There are no settings for scale, it only measures in Celsius. There are 3 icons for measuring, including tea, but no human. This lacks professional execution.
