App Profile: You're In Control

The “You’re in control” app gives you, the patient, an opportunity and platform to manage your urinary symptoms and possibly help you identify if you have Overactive Bladder (OAB) or Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI). There is a diary, to add entries every time you; have a drink, urinate or leak and which tracks your urinary symptoms and urgency triggers. The content is displayed in a visual format that make it easy for you to monitor your bladder’s ‘behaviour’.

By completing the diary for 4 consecutive days you will be able to provide your Doctor with valuable information that can be sent directly from your phone to your Doctor as a PDF report. This report will assist them in giving you the correct advice for your specific bothersome symptoms.

You can forward the report by selecting the export option and entering your Doctors email address with a short message.

The app gives you information on bladder management tips to help you improve you quality of life and take your life back.
