Help slow the spread of any virus or illness by self-reporting yours or any other dependents you have with your organisation/school or enterprise, even if you feel well.
This will help:
Mitigate the spread of any virus or illness and protect those you care and work for.
Provide daily health updates via end to end encryption to your schools/organisation or enterprise.
If you register you are feeling unwell, we will ask you a series of symptom questions to determine whether you or anyone in your household should stay at home until you have your test results.
Once you receive your test results you can share the results via the app.
You will help contribute to preventing any major lockdowns, closure of schools, organisations and enterprises by providing your daily health status and help break the chain of any outbreaks.

This app is designed in collaborations by doctors and scientists from Imperial College, Guys and St Thomas’ Hospitals and Synoptic Software, a health technology company.

There are three parts to the app:
PRIVACY INFORMATION
To activate the reactivate personal privacy first health app, you will receive an invitation via SMS from your organisation/school or enterprise to download the app, confirm your name and your personal mobile number with an OTP (One Time Password) for authentication. This app is end to end encrypted for privacy measures.
HEALTH INFORMATION
You will be asked to share some general information, such as your daily health status, asked if you have any symptoms if you feel unwell and what the results of your tests were.
SYMPTOM TRACKING
We will ask you every day, via an automated daily reminder SMS, to let your school/organisation or enterprise know how you and members of your household feel. If you feel unwell, we will ask you a series of questions regarding your symptoms and inform you whether you or anyone in your household need to stay at home until the test results are delivered.
