Your coach will work with your busy schedule and provide healthy activities and habits personalized for you, all with the ultimate aim to help you meet your health goals.

Lever integrates seamlessly with the Apple Health app for tracking and activity monitoring, so you can keep an eye on your daily activity, sleep, hydration, and more at a glance.

You’ll fill out a personalized assessment that will help your coach understand your long-term health goals during the initial 3-month program and beyond.

1:1 Coach Connections
You’ll be matched with a certified health coach via video, and work with them to set up a plan to tackle your new healthy habits together.

Weekly Activities + Habits
Your coach will work with you to set up weekly activities and habits to start incorporating into your life.

Goal Tracking
You can check in daily or weekly with the app to see how you’re progressing toward your goals.

Tech Integration
Connect your Apple Watch, smart scale, and other fitness devices so you and your coach can track your progress.
