I can’t put in my Bvn and it was said without putting it, it won’t give you guys access to my my bank account... why is it like that?

The worst trading merchant anyone would ever think of using Their customer service is wack and makes you look you’re forcing them to help you trade, transactions would take up to 16-20 hours just to come back as failed or pending..Even when you have token in the app, you won’t be able to sell half because they want gas fee inside same app, not like you’re sending out the token….The worst trading app out there and they even have one of the lowest rates in the market as large If I could give 0 star, I wouldn’t hesitate
