Got this on a friend’s recommendation, was a bit apprehensive how well this would work over the Easter weekend, but got the results within 12 hours. Does need a bit of planning ahead with the couriers coming and going, but otherwise really happy with the process and service.

Must schedule pickup for next business day, keep this in mind when needing a 72-hour covid test!!! No tracking info available; take photo of your barcode before it is picked up by courier, otherwise it does not have your info anywhere. Got results randomly/finally at 8am for a flight that day, which I would have to cancel at 10am if Covid test didn’t go through. It’s cheaper than going to the one available lab in Edinburgh (can’t speak for other areas in the U.K.) but geez, it was not helpful with the nerves if needing it to possibly cancel/reschedule/fly all depended on if it shows up to the lab. Positive side: The instructions in the app are clear and easy.

The app won’t allow you to creat an account at this time. Requested a refund, and they won’t communicate with you. Ended up having to spend over 15 min figuring that out online because it’s not an actual option online. The collection service is next day pickup not same day. So I’ve missed 1 whole day - collection is also not able to call you so if they get lost oh well not their problem. It’s a horrible joke! Regret giving them my money so badly!
