They will do everything to take your money and refund nothing. Every refund is made so difficult that many will just give up. There is no clear option to cancel renewal of subscription via app, so they just charge you whatever they want when they want. I recommend to stay away from company.

We used their service for about a year and decided to switch to a better and more trustworthy company.
As soon as your case involves more than just a routine doctor visit, they charge you without even attempting to review the documents you provide.
They offer you a form to fill out, but never respond to it. They’re just a scam company!
And Bai — their so-called manager or doctor — just sends AI-generated or automated replies. It’s so unpleasant. Truly an awful company.
I do not recommend them.
