This app is awesome. No frills, get right to business…get in, get sweaty, get out, done. I love how it scrambles a new workout for you each time. This is a great standalone workout or a great “finisher.” I wish there was a way to save specific workouts, but I guess that’s also part of getting stronger is to keep your body guessing with each workout. Complete 2-4 circuits for each workout, the time flies by! Great quick video tutorials helps you quickly get the hang of exercises you are unsure of. I love how it’s a silent app (no talking, buzzing, music or chiming-again I love this!) so keep a watch close by to keep an eye on your rest time in between circuits.

My main exercise is using kettlebells at home but I can be a bit lazy about my routine. I’ve followed Greg and his training for sometime and really appreciate his tips and videos about the exercises. This new app was perfect for me to try different combos as I tend to stick w ugh the same routine. So far I’m enjoying the various workouts and depending on my energy levels switch from beginner and intermediate. My only my wish is that if I hit next workout it could go back to the previous one. I get making each app use different but I’ve hit the next button when I didn’t really want to. Overall, great app!

Kettlebells are my main mode of training on a daily basis. I have advanced arthritis and love the mobility and strength gained from using the app. I have used almost all of Greg’s workouts with great success, he is a great instructor with great training aids.
I love the new workouts WOD, everyday is different. The two forms of instruction are excellent as form is everything with Kettlebells.
I wish: 1. User could record workout, right now I screenshot the app and save in daily notes. 2. As others have stated, please give us a back button.
All in all, I love the app and will continue to use in between Greg’s other workouts.
