Most of the time when I play a machine, I hit record just in case the machine glitches out or messes up; so when or if it does I’d have proof of it and to inform/ask ArmsWave for a refund on coins(if possible). So when sending out an email they usually reply within 1-3 days(which is pretty nice since they actually respond and try to help you out). *But one of the things to make sure of before you send out a video/email..is to make sure you had good service or good Wi-Fi quality/speed…because if you didn’t or even played while your device battery % was low- that’s possibly one of the reasons why the machine glitched; another thing would also be to send them your profile name(username) within the email so they could possibly work things out with you. Overall, they have a pretty cool customer service/s and app so far. Edit: Also noticed that you may have to swing in the items/prizes to win because the claws are pretty okay and sometimes open before actually getting to the drop point to win- also I have noticed there was a bug crawling around in the claw machine…

It appears if you spend at least $20 you get a guaranteed prize, but after that the game will do everything it can to cheat you from prizes. Even if you get it in the red when it is in the not guaranteed prize time then the claw will be weak. I have photos from me recording my screen that shows the claw skips the red mark unless you are off then it will stop exactly where you click. I have photos showing both instances. I wish it was more fair but why would they do that. So the positive is if you pay you can basically pick a prize you want. But the rest of your gems will be a wash of frustration.

Different opinion from some others. I feel this claw app is pretty reasonable. 140 free gems is better than most other similars, which you can play up to 7 times for free according to the prize gem value. Prizes' gem value is 20-35 for most. Not bad at all. It also has an up-down view to help aim the target in a better way, clear and closer, and I do think it blows out most others I've ever played. For claw machine game, to be honest, I don't expect to claw prize without paying anything, you buy some gems, try your chance, and catch the prize and enjoy the fun experience. It's fair. Overall, I like this app and recommend. By the way, they have Excellent customer services.
