The app literally doesn’t work. It doesn’t load anything. It’s broken and it seems to have always been this way. They don’t offer any other option.

App is buggy and has many incomplete features that are unacceptable for the price of the school. Often logs students out, while the already provided IDs do a more proficient job than the unneeded excuse of an app.
