I just cannot believe the wonderful experience I had with not only the app but also the customer service team. The app itself is very very straight forward and easy to use. Another bonus is when you sell your crypto you do not need to jump through 100 hoops in order to cash out. It is a simple sell, select the crypto and amount and you are done. The second reason for a five star review is their customer service. Keep in mind they operate under west coast time. There is a chat messenger where you can ask a question and they will get back to you. They got back to me the same day. Just wanted to say thank you to the team at Dharma. I’m new to this crypto world and had nightmare experience with other apps but this one makes life easy! Thanks again!

This is one of the most horrible app I have ever used, I am not happy in tear and disappointed at App Store for not protecting we customers from apps like these, it is crypto we buy to sell whenever we want, I got at a low price decide to sell after on multiple loss already and the app failed multiple times when I sold it give your notification you sold after some few minute your get a reply you sell transaction failed am like are you ppl serious, swapping coin to failed I believe the app was made so you lose they don’t have anybody interest in heart and I believe I will look into how I can legally take them to court for all these anguish and horrible feeling and I pain I have right now, these shouldn’t be stressful i buy with my money and I should be able to sell anytime with my money, the notification of price high you don’t get the app lags behind so by the time you notice an all time high you can’t even sell. I hope apple take them off the App Store, because these app behave more like a scam app which I don’t think we last the rest of time. They don’t reply when you message them on help section so horrible

So I had an issue with the level 2 verification I wanted to try cashing out and buying directly from my alt bank acct. I would submit my KYC it would confirm verification until trying to sell..Very frustrating…i stopped using the app and left the usdc i did have in there planning to transfer it to another wallet when gas fees become cheaper. The CEO emailed me letting me know the issue was fixed, it’s not often you get a message from the chief and I do appreciate it and I am more so excited to try the selling and buying feature cause buying alts is super expensive with the current gas on Eth main net HEX HERE I COME!!!
