I have tried everything my smart TV is hooked up to a 5G network and I can surf the web with no problem get Netflix anything I want on it same thing with my iPad. I cannot get this thing to connect my no matter what I do pisses me off they charge me $39 to get their stupid app for a year and now I can’t even use it plus I had to pay for the dongle, don’t do it.

There is no way to cancel this subscription in the app or online. I have written multiple messages and contacted customer service. No solution yet. I used the app 1 time and went to cancel and it didn’t work.
