The first thing you notice when you walk in is the greeting and how clean the gym and equipment are. Next you notice how busy everybody is and are working hard and enjoying themselves. Two of my most favorites is the music and sound system. The restrooms look like 5 star hotels’! After your your, your workout regime is developed. Your options are doing your own thing, initial suggestions, detailed specifically designed and tailored to you needs. Finally there are exercise classes or trainers. Try it! It’s a pleasurable, effective place designed for you!
