I love this game and have been a daily player for several months now.
Yesterday when I went to log on the loading-screen said I must update the game to continue playing. Clicking the link brought me to the ap store, where I was given the option to open the game, but since I already had the latest version, it would not let me update it again. I tried again to load the game this morning but this time it would let me update to a newer version. So I clicked update, then when that was done I clicked open- and got the same error message again! It won’t let me access the game until I update, but even when I did update I still can’t open it! I fear I’ve lost all my progress on my timed quiz and daily rewards :( please look into this issue, I’d love to get back to my city soon!

I enjoy playing this game, but there's a significant issue that needs addressing: once you hit a certain level, space becomes limited. I’ve been engaged with this game for about four years now, and I’ve been eagerly waiting for the chance to expand my city, but that hasn’t happened yet. While the option to move to the next city exists, the gameplay tends to become a bit stale after a while.
There’s also a lack of new buildings to purchase, which is frustrating since we don't even have enough room to place them if they are available. This situation needs attention. I took a break from the game for a while, only to return and find the same limitations still in place. I started with a community of over 50 to 100 players, and many of them have also lost interest.
It’s common for games to hit a plateau at higher levels, but to keep players engaged, it’s essential to introduce new content regularly. I’ve invested quite a bit of money into this game, and I’m at the point where I might consider stepping away if changes aren’t made. The prizes remain stagnant, which contributes to my four-star rating. Let’s make this game exciting again!

I absolutely love playing this game. With that said, it hasn’t done me right. I did lose my City in March. They basically said I’m sorry with a very unfair compensation. Ok... so I buy tons of expensive buildings to try to get back to where I once was. Now! They had a server problem and lost my city but gained someone else’s city , which had no where close to the buildings I had purchased with my real money. They compensated a very low amount of banknotes. I thought we was negotiating so I sent them all my itune receipts. They ask me multiple times. How much do you think we need to compensate you? I sent them a super fair list. Because by now I cannot get some buildings back. They read my messages. No response in 4 days. I’ve been so patient in hoping they would take care of and they just ignore my messages. I’m pretty much begging them to give me not even half of what I had purchased! I didn’t want to write this review but I have no choice. If you play this game please take pictures of your city!! It may or may not help you. Thinking about deleting it all together but I’ve spent way to much money and time.
I’m giving a 3 star. Would have gotten a 5 because the game is addicting and awesome. Customer service is a 0.
