App Profile: SPORTO Conference 2022

Organised since 2004, the SPORTO annual conference is one of Europe’s leading events within the sports marketing and sponsorship industry. SPORTO’s aim is to offer an international platform for professional networking and knowledge sharing. SPORTO connects brands, rights holders, agencies, event organisers, media, athletes and students. The conference returns to in-person format after 30 months with a pre-summer date as “SPORTO Stadium Experience” in the open space in a sporting environment.
Case studies, discussions and in-depth one-on-one interviews create the content at the crossroads of relevant industry areas with one touch point – harnessing the power of sport. This year’s agenda explores current topics in the light of the pandemic recovery, purpose-led partnerships, digital content distribution and monetisation, web 3.0 and metaverse, modern fan culture, future of sports media and sustainability in sport.
