It’s nice to have but I have only used once. I accidentally clocked out when I was just scrolling through it. So it would be very helpful to have verification button maybe to say something like “are you sure you want to clock out at this time?” I haven’t used it again because of that - I don’t want to cause my supervisor any unnecessary trouble.

This app and the company’s website is unreliable and riddled with problems. I’ve used both from a variety of servers and WiFi services—and they make simple tasks time consuming and complicated. The service they provide is important to health and well-being. It’s really unfortunate how their app, website, and customer service lack so much for such a vital service. I’ve used two of their competitors for other jobs and they are so much better than Nextep. Under no circumstances should a responsible company that cares about their people ever use Nextep. This app barely works and isn’t designed well. The functionality is years behind everyone else. It’s unprofessional and unreliable to use their services.

One of the things that sold us on Nextep as a PEO was how they bragged about their app and how advanced the technology was. This is absolutely not the case sadly. The app won’t ever let me access anything. It is constantly reloading and opening multiple tabs over and over again. It won’t let me click on anything, just reloads to the same page when I do. Absolutely worthless to us at this point. Please fix these issues as it really would be nice to utilize the app, because as it stands - it’s worthless :(
