I was asked and downloaded this app from my employer. Had the BlueShield app before and that was good too. I used to have a lot of different apps for vision and our pharmacy (why cant we just have one carrier) but this lets have access to all in one spot which is nice. Why I put 5 stars is that we had mental health issues during covid and I only found out that we had Ginger for mental health because it was already the app. I dont work on a comupter, so it was nice to see what my benefits are from one spot.
