I love the scooter I got it for Christmas but I fell on it and now it won’t go because the break is just staying on I’ve tried to mess with the app and wires but it didn’t do anything

I AM GIVING THIS 5 STARS SO IT WILL BE SEEN!!! The scooter started off GREAT without the app. But the moment it connected to the app it automatically went into stupid push mode instead of zero start and is refuses to change 98 percent of the time and when it goes to zero start it automatically goes back to push mode. DO. NOT. DOWNLOAD.

For the past few months, the app has not allowed me to put the scooter in parking mode. I reported this a few months ago ago when it first started and nothing was updated. Please can you Update this and fix this book?
