I cancelled on 12/9, after being charged for the month of December, because I didn’t want to get auto charged again in January, and instead of letting me use the app up until December is over, it won’t let me use it at all. However, I reached out to them via email and they got back to me in a couple days and refunded me the $9.99 since I hadn’t used the app in December and let them know my story. Thanks!

I’ve been using OnTheHouse for a little over a month, and it’s been very easy to use and a great value! I’ve used the food, entertainment, and fitness options and it’s all been easy to use and straight forward. No issues on redemption at the chosen venue, and I’m looking forward to using it more and more. It works well for date nights!

Of course the free drinks and apps are great, but the workout classes are a huge value! A little harder to redeem depending on the studio, but well worth not spending $100 on a gym membership!
