Reviews: What People Think About Undervault
Lost in Mexico somewhere
Rating: 3/5
I like the idea, but there just isn’t enough substance. There aren’t many unlockables, and each class has the same skill tree and weapons. No game changing relics and items don’t have much diversity beyond just attack, defense and accuracy.

Updated review: the developer fixed the small UI issue (very quickly I might add) with the iPhone X. I can now heartily recommend this game to anyone wanting the feel of a unique and lightning-fast dungeon crawler that plays like a board game mixed with an old-school PC adventure game. Where what rooms you bet on vastly changes your odds of survival! There is some luck but considering how quickly this game plays I don’t mind at all! It starts out deceptively simple with a few types of rooms that expand as you go deeper and deeper into the Undervault. There is a basic skill tree and some different items/traps/enemies that can appear in different rooms. Make sure to not starve, also rest before you get tired. Definitely support this indie developer as I think many of us would love to play more games like this! Original review: I really like this game and want to rate it higher, but at this time I can’t progress on the daily challenge on my iPhone XS because the screen won’t move to the button where I can advance to the next floor. It works great on my iPad Pro 1 with no issues. I like the theme, mechanisms, and graphics/music. Just needs a little polish to get it where it needs to be. Hope to revise my rating soon!

This is my favorite rogue-like game that I have played in years, back to the old Nintendo days. Great job. I especially love the randomness of some of the rooms and how you can influence it to some degree. That takes care of that gambling itch, putting a little randomness in a different way than other rogue-likes, and just makes it plain out fun to play. The monk issue I reported has been fixed, and I am updating this review to five stars. Well earned, and keep the updates coming!
