They should allow the user to customize order like no ice in the juice, less ice, etc room temperature water, like we order in the restaurant.

I prefer ordering directly from the restaurant compared to using the food delivery apps. First of all, the prices are much better here, since there is no middle man to pay. Secondly, if there are any problems I can call the restaurant directly and solve them. The app is very easy to use and service is always quick.

Really the order history on that app made our memories, but if you can a loyalty program like collecting points or something like that of Macdonalds, it will be more amazing. Thank you all
