I love having the ability to add my membership card to the app, and I like the fact that I can add my family’s cards; however, the app hangs and does allow me to navigate to any of the buttons. When it hangs, the app is completely useless. If they can fix the bugs and hangs, the app would be nice.

You have to kill and reload this app every other time. If you stop to take a call, or do something ANYTHING else or otherwise leave the app and come back… well “the white screen of death!!” No menu, no info, no back, no nothing. You MUST kill and reload the app. So frustrating AND THE SCHEDULE IS A JOKE!! they are constantly having camps and other things clearly planned months in advance that never appear on the schedule until you arrive and find everything closed. They simply don’t care!!

I downloaded the app to be able to easily check the schedule since the Y refuses to provide paper schedules to the membership. If you direct members to use the app, then make sure it works! I download it and it works for a couple days and then I have to delete it and download again. This is the same for both the IPAD and IPHONE. If you can’t provide a reliable app then hand out paper schedules which always work.
