I ran into three major problems: first of all, the scooter can think it has left the allowable operating zone even when it hasn’t. When this happens the scooter stops and there is no immediate explanation of what happened. The second issue is that their software often crashes during the end ride process. The first few times this happened to me there was no obvious problem. The most recent time, they charged me an extra 25 euro. The third issue is that support is very unhelpful. They stopped responding in English and started responding in Slovak, which was very clearly an attempt to increase their customer hostility. I highly recommend not using these buggy and unreliable scooters, provided by this customer hostile company.
