This app is everything. As someone who is looking for new workouts to try, this provided something new! It was so cool to see how many personal trainers are in my area. It’s so easy to select one and schedule a workout! Last week, I did a group workout at Solano Beach with a trainer named Alvin. The workout was challenging but Alvin pushed us all to keep moving! It’s one of the best workouts I have ever had. I can’t wait to try out some more trainers in my area.
