This is an excellent app and gives you a great overview on compliance! However, my one gripe is that it seems to have trouble calculating banked hours for overnight usage. For instance, if I have a goal of 16 hours, put the brace on at 9PM, keep it on overnight, then remove it at 2PM the following day — that’s 17 hours, so you would expect to have 1 hour banked. Nope! While it the calendar does show the correct number of hours broken down by day, it doesn’t see any surplus of hours for that particular session. Leaving me to still have to manually track “banked” hours in the Notes app.

This app quickly has become an essential part of my 12 year old’s bracing journey. It is well designed, easy to use, and full of encouragement and positive feedback on this challenging journey. The one time we’ve experienced a glitch, we reached out to the developer, and they not only solved the problem, but emailed me directly MUCH faster than I expected with a clear explanation. (And the glitch was a result of the cloud service provider doing an emergency migration of its servers, so not anything inherently wrong with the app itself.) Highly, highly, highly recommend this app. It is an essential part of my daughter’s tool kit for wearing a scoliosis brace.

This app is one of the most useful apps I could ever have, and I love the banking hours feature! Again I love this app but here are some problems I am experiencing; I had 11 hard earned bank hours and I needed to change their expiration time from 12 days to 31 so I could have banked time used for an event. But once I changed the expiration they all disappeared! I don’t have my banked hours anymore and now I’m at 0 banked hours and not enough banked hours even if I wear the brace the rest of the day. One more problem I have is if there is not good wifi connection. My wifi at home is absolute garbage and it is always cutting out. And if I try and open the app it lets me time my brace time but then when the wifi comes back it all disappears! I had my brace on for 10 hours and all of it was gone. Please fix this stuff! But other than these two things it is a pretty good app and I would recommend it! ❤️❤️
