After the last couple of updates the ads that need to be watched in order to gain rewards and progress in the game, haven’t been working. They only sometimes work after closing out the app and reopening it, or restarting the phone completely... On top of all this the app has also been lagging terribly. Please fix these issues as it’s almost unbearable to play now.

The worst of the worst games I've ever played. I started playing this game to get points in another game. My task was to open 20 miners. I opened 17 shafts (together i have 19 miners), I had one more left (according to my raids so that there were 20 miners together). But something terrible began to happen to the game, adds began to freeze, stoped and the application itself began to close and open. The game became uncontrollable and I couldn’t even turn it on or off. It was like a heavy virus, and I did not know what to do with it. At first, I thought that something was wrong with my phone, but then I read the reviews here, and i figure out that all this was planned and programmed by the developer, because many players have the same problem. As a result, I spent a lot of time, I just had to play one round, but the game is blocked e, the movement of miners is frozen, and everything is empty. very angry! This is a real example of how they make money by cheating, and other applications offer to play similar games to get points. The apple must react and remove this hame so as not to spread the scam. One star for rating is a lot. If there was an opportunity, I would put zero !!!

At first things were going quite well. Building up a lot of redeemable points everything loading okay leveling up at a decent pace but then the videos weren’t playing. I would have to try to play a video over 50 times before a video would finally play. I tried to contact customer service but that took me to a page with a lot of Asian calligraphy and when I found a button that said English and clicked it that brought me to a large blank screen with “hello” written in the corner. So I tried refreshing the app. I backed it up on the cloud but the game still reset completely, not sure why, and now on the new app there aren’t any redeemable points at all. It’s like a playable app without making money. Just to add insult to injury the problem loading a video remains so I reset my progress in the game and lost my ability to make any profit for nothing!
