App is awesome, work out routine are hardcore. The only thing I would like to see is being able to purchase the locked out work out routines separate with out the entire other package ie. not big on the monthly subscriptions but that’s just me other wise it’s awesome already recommended this app to other people. I did read some of the other reviews and I would second the being able to track what weights were used to monitor progress.

Slightly hard to follow. There are 2 parts to each workout so not sure if this is a two a day or just a continuation of the same workout. It also says to rest between sets but doesn’t tell you how many sets (PT prep). Not sure if there’s supposed to be running at beginning middle and end of workout. I think you can get results winging what you think it says. However, if the creator sees this my advice is that a good quality control should be done by having someone try the routines and give real-time feedback to ensure it is understandable not just to those who wrote them.
I have the 6week program and 7day I purchased outside of the app and even that I’m not sure I’m doing as intended.
One of the things I do love about the programs though is the quick videos on how to do the workouts so you know what is expected.

Is it worth the money? Sure, at the end of the day, ten bucks is little more than the price of a fast food meal. The workouts are fast paced, fun, and can help you achieve some level of general strength and work capacity. On the other hand, it can be considered a generic bodybuilding program, but with no assessment at the beginning and end or progression from workout to workout or week to week. My suggestion? Start assigning percentages consistently to the barbell movements, not one of every two sessions. Start assigning RPE ratings to other strength building exercises. Add assessment phases or days, and have a plan that actively progresses towards goals to improve. In its current state it’s essentially a WOD.
