Could you make a registration without PESEL? You can replace it with the passport or NIP. Foreigners usually do not have PESEL and it is not mandatory by polish law.

I took time to register but did not get the confirmation within 24hrs, as promised. I had to call the info line to find out that I will not be able to use the carshare because I don’t have an “European” driving license (I have a US license). According to the Regulations what is required is “a category B driving licence recognized pursuant to the Polish law for at least 6 months”. Poland does recognize US driving license (along with the International Permit) so clearly somebody didn’t do their homework. In any case, it would save time if innogy were clear and explicit about the requirements. Very disappointing experience indeed.
