Just got this app was able to log in and start it yesterday but now it is force closing every time I try to open it.

This app has the tools needed for this program to track measurements, weight, food and water. It is missing charts - it would be nice to see a chart of all the information I am entering. a chart to see the progress to download would
be helpful.

This is only my third day with the ap. There’s no sound to the videos, the links on the resources tab are all smashed together making it difficult to read, and now when I try to open it, it’s just a blank white screen. Frustrating at best, useless at worst. How am I supposed to learn and utilize a program I spent $3k on when the tool I am supposed to rely on doesn’t work?!?

As a New Wave Healthcare patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your New Wave Healthcare provider. Communicate with New Wave Healthcare in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The New Wave Healthcare app includes an integration with the Apple HealthKit.
