LaVida – “Your Body Your Life” is a new unique workout application which offers the user a variety of gym workouts which target different muscle groups. This app was designed by an avid gym goer who was constantly frustrated with other gym apps which offered few options of specific exercise for a given workout. Each workout category offers different workout options along with alternate individual exercises (in case certain gym equipment is already in use!). Each exercise tracks your maximum weight lifted using a simple user interface. This is a very comprehensive collection of workouts that are effective and considerate of your gym time.
