I've been in partnership with Dobby as a service professional for over 2 years and have been very impressed with their service & support. I was recruited by their team who had been actively looking to partner with highly rated service pros. At the time I had been using other app based service platforms but knew my earnings as well as the quality of leads could improve. Dobby helped me solve these problems through their commitment to quality of experience for both service pros and homeowners alike. Their team works diligently to facilitate scheduling jobs, communicate with clients and promptly deliver estimates, invoices & billing. The DobbyPro app has also continuously improved over time. It's reliable, well organized, easy to use and the support team is always there ready to help. I can honestly say Dobby provides me with quality leads that earn more per job than any other Home Services platform.

After working with lead gen companies that charge an arm and leg for leads that they sell to 5 other service providers, working with Dobby has been nothing but amazing.
The quality of their team and the quality of their clients (Dobby Community) are pure joy to work with. I own a home services company and a real estate business and Dobby is my one and only partner for all new business.
Dobby is not for every service provider, they demand professionalism and a higher level of service which is more than welcomed. In short, if you want to elevate your business with a partner that cares and delivers, Dobby should be your choice.

I was a Dobby contractor, I do handyman jobs, landscaping and tree removal. I landed to Dobby because of a friend, but he warned me about a problem he had with one of the representatives. Anyway, I decided to do it. At the beginning you start filling everything out, basic details. After that I got few jobs because of them, from 10 jobs I estimated I lost 7 and got 3 out of 7. Because to my price that was really fair enough I had to add 20% more for their commission. I was loosing a lot opportunities. Also I got two jobs that were confirmed with the customers and I was gonna schedule them, but Dobby sent me a message that the customers were not gonna move forward. But to short my story, they kicked me out from the app for no reason, they just deleted it. I’ve done Thumbtack for about 5 years, they send you the lead and you pay per lead. I’d rather use thumbtack thank Dobby. But anyway thanks because I got few opportunities because of them.
