I use this app on iPad, iPhone and along with Apple Watch Series 4. I keep track of BP and heart rate to report to my Physician.
Important to keep dates of data to share with physicians who use the information to determine “patterns”, “consistency”, with “frequency” of subtle symptoms that may affect changes Health Issues. Example: heart attack and strokes ten$ to be silent killers of women.

So far, I found comfort in using this app, I checked my heart rate earlier and it said rest, not sure if it meant for me to rest, or it just displayed the word “rest” but immediately after I fell asleep and took a nap..... I find it very hard to nap during the day. In the past I would take several naps a day... I loved to nap.. Now that my diet is healthier and better, I’m doing better.... all around I have so much energy it’s Insane... I don’t drink caffeine... Simply tea, and I find comfort in that knowing all my energy comes naturally, nothing to enhance it, just vitamins, h20, and better eating habits... I’m almost 30 and all I can say is my body is strong! My mind is stronger! I find using this app very handy especially if you have a rapid heart beat... I can now check whenever.... and I don’t need to wait to be seen at a medical office.

The only capability this app seems to have is heart rate (pulse) measurement and recording. While that seems accurate enough, one could do that manually.
There is no blood pressure measuring option in this app. While that might have been a lot to hope for without peripherals, that is what is advertised.
As others have said, you have to sign up for one of the paid subscription options to access the “free” trial. The trial is only 3 days long and you have to cancel at least 1 day before the billing date or you’ll be charged, so if you only want that trial you’d better cancel the subscription same-day.
